Position Objective / Goal

• The Top level Tendering Officer is in charge of coordinating the project setup, entry, and assessment of tenders in response to invitations for offers.
• This position includes partnering with key departments, which includes procurement, project coordination, lawful, and finance, to guarantee that tender entries are precise, conforming, and attractive.
• The Tendering Officer also works to guarantee that the organization’s interests are well acted on behalf of during the tendering process.

Tender Plan:

• Formulate a complete plan for responding to tenders, contemplating pricing, timeline, and adherence.
• Work alongside sales and technical teams to craft attractive and captivating proposals.
• Recognize promise risks and endorse risk reduction plans throughout the tendering process.

Post-Tender Initiatives:

• Help in the project setup of post-tender explanations and any necessary changes or modifications.
• Track the status of tender entries and preserve a document of all tenders forfuture letter of recommendation.
• Offer input on successful and unsuccessful tenders to enhance future entries.
