Position Overview

The Brand promoter is in charge of supporting the organization’s goods, recognizing new commercial opportunities, and pushing sales increase. This position concentrates on building robust client connections, carrying out promotion plans, and expanding the customer base in various industries that require wrapping initiatives.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute promotion plans to advance goods to manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
• Recognize and approach possibility customers through cold calls, visits, and online outreach.
• Build and preserve solid connections with current clients to motivate repeat business.
• Comprehend customer needs and endorse appropriate product initiatives.
• Organize and supply demonstrations and product samples to potential customers.
• Observe industry trends, rival activity, and client response to guide sales plans.
• Accomplish every month and every quarter revenue goals as set under leadership.
• Preserve precise records of customer engagements, quotations, and closed agreements.
• Stand for the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and relationship building events.
• Work alongside the generation and logistics teams to guarantee on-time completion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• OND/Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Promotion, Business Management, or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of promotion or sales expertise, ideally in a production operations or B2B environment.
• Clear expression, bargain, and people skills.
• Verified ability to identify potential clients and close sales.
• Good expertise in production operations industry is a plus.
• Self-driven, objective-driven, and capable to operate independently.
• Competence in Office productivity software and basic CRM resources.
