Storekeeper at Shalina Healthcare in Ogun

Position Overview

The Storekeeper is in charge of the productive and conforming managing of unedited materials, wrapping materials, finished goods, and general stock. The position ensures precise recordkeeping, safe storage, prompt issuance, and compliance to cGMP and organisation SOPs to assist uninterrupted generation and processes.

Primary duties

• Accept, examine, and store materials (unedited, wrapping, finished goods, consumables) following SOPs and GMP rules.
• Preserve precise stock records using inventory registers, bin cards, and online platforms.
• Problem materials based on authorized requests, making sure FIFO/FEFO adherence.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage terms (temperature, humidity, segregation), and traceability of all items.
• Track inventory levels and warn for replenishment to avoid stockouts.
• Execute consistent cycle counts and help in every month/annually stocktaking exercises.
• Organize with Quality assurance/Quality control for material status status reports (release/reject/quarantine).
• Preserve cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store environment.
• Assist within and outside the organization audits with finalize recordkeeping and adherence records.

Qualifications

• OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Stock Chain Management, Business Management, or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of related experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
• Expertise in Good Production operations Procedures (GMP) and warehouse processes is crucial.
• Expertise in Enterprise platform planning operational structures (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
