Role summary

• Track and track inventory levels, making sure prompt replenishment and preventing shortages or overstock conditions.
• Execute consistent physical inventory counts and resolve them with stock records.
• Execute inventory rotation standardized processes like First-In, First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) to oversee inventory freshness.
• Record stock movements, modifications, and transfers in the applicable stock management operational structures.
• Supervise the receipt of goods, which includes checking for discrepancies and loss.
• Pick, pack, and organize orders for shipment, making sure precision and timeliness.
• Load and unload trucks and containers using suitable documented guide or powered tools.
• Organize shipping documents, packing slips, and labels for outgoing shipments.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, orderly, and structured to enhance space and availability.
• Execute and preserve guard standardized processes to regulate entry to the warehouse.
• Track and documentation on the requirement of the warehouse building and tools.
• Execute pest regulate and track temperature to prevent spoilage and loss to stored goods.
• Organize and send precise and prompt stock and activity documentation to supervisors and participants.
• Organize with procurement and other departments to guarantee smooth stock chain processes.
• Advise management on possibility concerns, which includes stock shortages or warehouse enhancements.
