Fashion Processes and Generation Support at Samuel Cray in Agungi, Lekki - Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly structured and fashion-savvy Fashion Generation Support to assist the Innovative Director in the daily processes of a bespoke fashion business specializing in fits, tuxedos, agbada, and casuals. The preferred candidate will possess a robust fashion profile, great people competencies, and keen attention to detail for description, competent of coordinating fabric procurement, fittings, design implementation, quality assurance, and generation due dates. This is a full-time, in-field position, requiring presence five days a week, which includes Saturdays, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Primary duties

• Help in fabric procurement, pattern composing, and garment building process
• Supervise and organize fashion designers to guarantee prompt and premium quality dispatch
• Assist in design development, fittings, and client measurements
• Preserve thorough records of orders, fittings, generation advancement, and fashion designer tasks
• Execute quality assurance checks to guarantee finished pieces meet corporate identity guidelines
• Check in with suppliers, artisans, and fashion designers for prompt generation
• Assist with customer synchronization, assignment planning, and showroom prep
• Ensure generation timelines are firmly was aligned with
• Record routine status reports, concerns, and settled actions in a organized document structure
• Occasionally help in logistics and errands concerning the fashion generation cycle
• Help in every facet of processes.

Role expectations

• Applicants should have an OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or relevant field with 1–2 years of expertise in a fashion generation environment
• Solid experience or development in fashion, tailoring, or design
• Must comprehend fabric types, tailoring methods, and garment building
• Clear articulation and planning abilities
• Robust meticulousness and quality assurance guidelines
• Must be initiative-driven, productive, and a troubleshooter
• Must be based in or around Agungi, Lekki (non-negotiable)
• Committed to work full-time (which includes Saturdays)
• Technology-savvy and competent of using Google Sheets/Excel for document keeping
• Must possess a sharp perception for practices, creativeness, and customer preferences
• Age Range: 22 – 29 years
• Must reside within Agungi or in close proximity to Agungi, Lekki, Lagos State.
