Job Description

Formulate and execute the internal audit strategy in line with strategic objectives and risk key focuses.
Carry out financial, business, adherence, and IT audits cross-functional units and business units.
Evaluate and track the performance of internal regulate operational structures and endorse enhancements where necessary.
Recognize promise risk zones and documentation significant audit findings for executive review with strategic guidance for corrective actions.
Guarantee alignment to organizational guidelines, standardized processes, and relevant legal provisions and rules.
Check in on the execution of audit strategic guidance and action strategies.
Coordinate with external auditors and compliance-related bodies as necessary.
Organize and show prompt audit documentation for executive review and other applicable participants.
Educate and train entry-level audit employees as needed.
Stay current with market trends, guidelines, and rules affecting the organization.

Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree academic qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a relevant field.
4+ years’ related experience in internal auditing, regulate, or risk mitigation strategy.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, auditing guidelines, and internal regulate operational structures.
Outstanding logical, information exchange, and documentation-skilled in writing.
High level of honesty and reliability and meticulousness.
Competence in Ms office tools and applicable audit software/resources.
