Retail assistant at Reposebay Human Resource Limited in Ikoyi, Lagos (Field Based)

Position Overview

We are looking for a inspired and agile Retail assistant to lead activations, subscriptions, and customer interaction. This position requires a go-getter who thrives on hitting targets and building lasting client connections. The preferred candidate will stand for Shoppr on the site, turn prospects into customers, and offer after-sales assist to guarantee a smooth client journey.

Primary duties

• Lead site and digital activations to onboard vendors and clients to the Shoppr operational base
• Identify potential clients and transform them into paid subscriptions
• Check in on possibility customers through calls, visits, and planned demos
• Teach potential opportunities on Shoppr's value proposition, capabilities, and perks
• Accomplish on a weekly basis and every month revenue goals
• Build and preserve solid connections with customers to guarantee retention and renewals
• Collect customer response and relay to the product/processes team
• Preserve precise records of sales initiatives and customer engagements
• Stand for Shoppr at events, markets, pop-ups, and activations as needed

Qualifications

• At least OND in Promotion, Business Management, or relevant field
• Demonstrated expertise in sales, site promotion, or subscription-based sales is a plus
• Clear articulation and bargaining ability
• Trust, energy, and a robust capability to close agreements
• Capability to operate independently and meet revenue goals
• Understanding with technology channels or eCommerce initiatives will be an added advantage
• Must gain entry to a smartphone and be cozy using apps/resources
