We are seeking a Finance Automatic control & Data Expert to assist transform how finance operates in an expanding, multi-site company. You’ll work at the overlap of finance, operational structures, and AI, assisting design smarter processes, automate repetitive methods, and lay the groundwork for a finance operation that’s instantaneous, smart, and ability to scale. If you thrive in a efficient-moving environment and love building elegant operational structures that replace spreadsheets and bottlenecks with automatic control and findings, this position is for you.

Recordkeeping & Handoff:

Produce SOPs, development assets, and error-managing playbooks Help desk orientation, deliver session sessions, and ensure the system is self-sustaining.

Who You Are

• 5–8 years of expertise in financial processes, automatic control, or Enterprise platform planning execution
• Knowledgeable about ERPs (especially Sage), data merging, and basic scripting (Python,SQL)
• Expertise with resources like LangChain, Zapier, Make, Retool, AppScript, Google Sheets/Forms or internal tools utility channels
• Expertise with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL)
• Fluency in spreadsheets and modern data resources (Excel, Equals, Snowflake, Notion, etc.)
• Obsessed with new tech, AI, LLMs, automatic control APIs, and AI agents, and how it can be leveraged to optimize productivity and business results
• Self-starter mentality with the capability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize autonomously
• Process and implementation-oriented, with a verified ability to lead programs from idea to finalization.

Expertise in in-store, FMCG, or distributed site processes.
