Wage processing Expert at TeamAce Limited in Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Wage processing Expert to join our wage processing team. The preferred candidate will possess 2–3 years of expertise in wage processing, HR, accounting, or advising, with a deep knowledge of wage processing methods and statutory adherence. A member of a professional body is compulsory.

Duties

• Preserve and modify wage processing records, talent data, and remuneration systems
• Calculate salaries, tax conclusions, pensions, rewards, and other statutory remittances
• Guarantee adherence with all wage processing legal provisions and rules (e.g., PAYE, NHF, NSITF, pension)
• Organize and send wage processing documentation for executive review
• Address employee questions regarding salaries, conclusions, and payslips
• Help with audits and end-of-year wage processing documentation
• Work alongside the Human resources and Finance teams to guarantee precise financial and talent data.

Credentials and Competencies

• Bsc in Accounting, HR, Business Management, or a relevant field
• 1–2 years of expertise in wage processing, Human resources, accounting, or advising
• Solid understanding of wage processing operational structures, statutory conclusions, and Nigerian work legal provisions
• Skilled in Excel spreadsheet software and wage processing software/resources
• Outstanding meticulousness and planning abilities
• High level of secrecy and honesty and reliability
• Clear expression and issue resolution abilities
• A member of a professional body (e.g., ACA, ACCA, HRCI, SHRM) is compulsory.
