• The preferred candidate will have the proficiency to leverage current Large Language Models (LLMs) to educate and assess models using programme-specific clinical data (e.g., patient notes, SMS engagements, development materials or health worker response) and deploy within RTSL's digital health resources and worldwide EHRs (e.g., Simple, BP Passport). Additionally, there is a robust likelihood of conceptualizing an launch-acquire, locally runnable, adjusted LLM to handle cost and secrecy matters.

Credentials Education:

Bachelor's or MSC in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning or a relevant field 

Expertise:

• 8 years of software development expertise
• 3-5 years of expertise in development and using AI models.
• Established history of using Large Language Models (LLMs) and building Predictive Models to meet user qualifications
• Expertise partnering with multi-disciplinary and cross-operational teams
• Fulfilled LLM-based initiatives in asset-restricted environments
• Practical experience with pre-prepared AI models.
• Expertise operating in healthcare or community health settings (robust plus)
• Supported to or preserved launch-acquire AI/ML projects (robust plus).
• Understanding with MLOps which includes model serving, effectiveness supervising, and lifecycle management, especially in low-bandwidth or edge environments i(s a plus). 

Competencies & Abilities:

• Robust competence in Python programming.
