If selected for Future Skilled Programme, you will expertise a carefully designed immersive 12-month development programme where, through position rotations, you will explore different zones of our business global. Throughout this journey, you will formulate your expertise and competencies in a very accelerated and practical way.  You will be part of a firmly linked worldwide group and possess a devoted train, attentive on your growth, personal expertise, and scene changes. At the finalization of the rotation, you will possess the foundations and findings you need to further shape and proceed an exciting profession within our organisation.

Your Purpose

After the 12 months rotation, which will comprise of few months in UAE or Kenya, you will be part of the Service Business development team based in Lagos, Nigeria. This team is in charge of meeting client needs and making sure client fulfillment, whilst conceptualizing and optimizing sales and margin payments for Sidel for Solutions/ post-sales presenting in provided territory.

Your Profile

• Bsc in Engineering and/or MSC in Engineering/ Master of business administration
• Work Expertise: Less than 2 years
• Fluent English
