We are seeking a Sales officer - Okitipupa, Ondo State to join our Business development team as we scale up and lead digital and financial addition across our markets. As our Sales officer, you will be the force behind the scenes, supervising and supplying revenue goals, conceptualizing local networks, and making sure that every client engagement reflects the values that make M-KOPA the trusted corporate identity it is today. Success in this position will rely on your capability to hire, educate, and train a site-based team of Direct Sales Delegates (DSRs). You will mentor them, difficulty them, and assist them exceed their targets by crafting powerful business promotion & sales plans. Your executive guidance will shape their success, and by extension, the success of the business. Your expertise in Sales within Financial technology, Microfinance, Telecommunications, FMCG, or associated industries will be key to recognizing development potentials and optimizing effectiveness. Your sales and bargaining ability will make sure that you surpass your targets, while your competence in team inspiration and executive guidance will motivate your team to do the same. You will possess the chance to build solid connections not just within your team but with every client, constantly learning and adjusting in a dynamic environment.
Requirement
