Position Overview
The Tech and Collaboration Manager will supervise the Information Tech department, formulate maintainable business strategic programs to attain set targets and targets for the department, and recognize and sign strategic collaborations with tech channels in different sectors of the economy; Clusters, Trade Associations, Collaborative Societies, Microfinance institutions and other Aggregators.
Primary duties
- Supervise the Information Tech department.
- Formulate maintainable business strategic programs to attain set targets and targets for the department.
- Recognize and sign strategic collaborations with tech channels in different sectors of the economy; Clusters, Trade Associations, Collaborative Societies, Microfinance institutions and other Aggregators.
- Sets up an efficient digital broad promotion framework.
- Sign up strategic collaboration with Tech Aggregators, cutting across different sectors.
- Endorse Tech programs that will assist lead successful and influential business development and collaborate with management to execute such.
- Formulate a digital promotion/business development financial plan for the department (income and expenditures).
- Formulate new programs to lead business expansion.
- Track the execution of digital business promotion & sales plans.
- Ensure professional development of direct documentation.
- Track digital sales effectiveness against every month/every quarter/yearly financial plan strategies.
- Organize and show to the MD/CEO the generation accomplishment documentation on a on a weekly basis/every month, and every quarter basis.
- Engage routinely with the Underwriters, IT department and other specialists to guarantee productive and efficient service dispatch.
- Make sure that the company makes a good underwriting earnings ratio from the quality of business brought to the organization.
Role expectations
- A Bachelor's or MSC in Computer Science, Information Tech or a relevant field.
- 4 - 5 years of applicable industry experience. (Expertise in Microfinance bank, Financial technology, Microinsurance companies would be a plus).
- A A member of a professional body in Computer Science/Information Tech is essential.
