The Corporate identity Ambassador speaks for one of these brands exclusively within our premium experience in-store environment.
This position requires an individual with poise, elegance, and in-depth service understanding who can act as the face and voice of the allocated corporate identity.
The Corporate identity Ambassador is in charge of pushing sales income, rising corporate identity visibility, and providing outstanding client experiences that match with the corporate identity’s identity and Montaigne Place’s guidelines.

Act as the devoted delegate for the allocated corporate identity, repeatedly embodying its values and beauty therapy.
Lead sales and ensure income targets are fulfilled or exceeded for the allocated corporate identity.
Offer specialist-level expertise and captivating narrative creation to teach clients about corporate identity goods and their unique perks.
Supply tailored product strategic guidance and discussions to improve client fulfillment and commitment.
Ensure the allocated corporate identity’s merchandise is well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised according to standard procedures.
Track and evaluate the corporate identity’s sales practices and client response, offering findings to outlet and corporate identity managers.
Engage in retail campaigns, corporate identity marketing, and product launches, managing with the outlet and promotion teams.
Build and sustain connections with high-value customers, presenting personalized client engagement and exceptional service.
Manage client matters and questions connected with the corporate identity with competence and care.
Serve as a position model in grooming, comportment, and service improvement.

At least Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
A minimum of 2 years of expertise in premium experience in-store, beauty, or hospitality.
Exceptional information exchange and people skills.
Poised, assured, and well-groomed with a warm, specialist demeanor.
Committed to premium experience beauty, skincare, and fragrance.
Verified ability to meet revenue goals and build customer connections.
Robust service understanding and the capability to learn quickly.
Accessibility to operate weekends, holidays, and in-store peak hours.
