Position Overview

The Store officer will be in charge of tracking stock levels, supervising supplies, and making sure precise inventory records for all units (kitchen, bakery, dining venue, events and other processes). This position is critical in preserving product accessibility, reducing waste, and assisting productive food generation and service processes.

Primary duties

• Track and preserve ongoing stock levels of unedited materials, wrapping, and finished goods.
• Carry out routine and on a weekly basis inventory counts and resolve with system records.
• Accept and examine supplies, making sure quality and quantity precision.
• Ensure proper storage of all items in accordance with food safety guidelines.
• Preserve current records of all inventory movement (inward and outward).
• Organize with kitchen and bakery units to track usage and reorder points.
• Produce consistent stock documentation for management.
• Recognize and documentation slow-moving, expired, or impaired inventory.
• Execute inventory regulate standardized processes to reduce loss and wastage.
• Help in every month and every quarter audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and procurement for inventory restocking and expense management.
• Preserve cleanliness and company of the storage zones.
• Guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness guidelines in all stock methods.
