Role summary

We are a top international facility management solutions group offering servicing & maintenance, industrial cleaning, and all soft and hard solutions. We require a skilled EXCEL expert to assist the group workspace and business units - sales, promotion, processes, finance, and accounts during the formation and deploying of Excel for organizational processes, recordkeeping, and methods

Role summary

• Designing and preserving spreadsheets to arrange and evaluate data collections
• Conceptualizing improved formulas and processes to streamline information handling and calculations for different units (sales, promotion, processes, finance, accounts) 
• Producing agile charts, graphs, and pivot tables for data visualization and analysis
• Utilizing applicable Excel processes which includes V-LOOKUP, H-LOOKUP, etc. and Expert level in Excel spreadsheet software (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, VBA/macros)
• Executing macros and VBA scripts to automate repetitive duty and improve effectiveness
• Making sure information accuracy by setting up data verification and error-checking standardized processes
• Partnering with cross-operational teams (sales, promotion, processes, finance, accounts) to collect specifications and supply customized Excel initiatives
• Offering development and assist to employees on Excel processes and industry standards
• Carrying out data evaluation to assist business decisions and status updates needs
• Executing the automatic control and streamlining of operational workflows

Qualifications

• Bsc in accounting with 1st Class or at least 2-1 or another related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-certification expertise
• Must be highly skilled in EXCEL with the capability to offer learning and assist for employees
• Expertise in other applications is a plus.
• Preferred applicants should show a sound comprehension of accounting and finance principles
• Must possess outstanding EXCEL competencies and be capable to convey and bargain with various participants.
