Role description
- The State Organizer will offer strategic executive guidance, synchronization, and depiction for Worldwide Peace Development in Adamawa State.
- The Organizer will be accountable for managing the efficient execution of projects, making sure they match with GPD’s strategic targets.
- This position will also assist asset mobilization endeavors and strengthen robust cooperative connections with primary stakeholders, which includes donors, regulatory bodies, civil society entities, associates, and recipient networks.
- Notably, the preferred candidate must have robust programme leadership abilities, the capability to head and oversee project teams, and a strong insight of GPD’s core thematic zones in the State.
Primary duties
- Head the organizing, execution, supervising, and assessment of GPD projects in the State.
- Head asset mobilization endeavors in the state
- Ensure project initiatives and finance reporting are fulfilled on time, within financial plan, and meet donor status updates standard guidelines.
- Oversee state project teams and offer IT assistance to guarantee efficient programme dispatch.
- Serve as GPD’s focal point in Adamawa State, advocating the company in sessions, workshops and development sessions, forums, and possessing applicable agencies in the state.
- Build and preserve robust networks and strategic collaborations with key local participants.
- Collaborate with the Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning team to guarantee resulting deliverables are tracked, recorded, and reported accordingly in line with donor and associates requirement.
- Organize and guarantee promptness advancement documentation entry, success stories, and other recordkeeping to donors and associates.
- Ensure employees adherence to the company rules
- Verify that every processes, procurement, and programme initiatives are executed in line with GPD’s rules and donor qualifications.
