Role summary

• Delivers technical and operational assist in the zones of Microsoft CRM 2012 R2 & future versions management, troubleshooting, assist, workflow visualization, development, running test, guard & development.
• Collaborate with other team members and associates to finalize the ongoing Microsoft CRM on-premises 2012 migration to Dynamics 365 modules which includes Client care and sales & Promotion
• Collaborate with other team members and the head developer to enhance CRM/D365 system, assisting the business to attain her targets.
• Designs and conceptualizes Dynamics 365 projects and customizations to meet the qualifications specified in the Business - Requirement Record and Operational Requirement Record.
• Engages in design and code assessments and delivers input into the design endorsement and make sure that all initiatives are in sync to pre-defined architectural requirements.
• Executes unit tests and combined running test to guarantee fulfilled initiatives are of premium quality.
• Aids to establish FDDs
• Routinely moves code between environments utilizing industry standards
• Team up business analysts, other programmer, and internal users to recognize, evaluate, and diagnose issues system problems connected with Integrations and the Microsoft CRM/D365 application.
• Recognizes and escalates impediments, concerns, and risks affecting system effectiveness to team supervisor and direct manager.
• Executes coding modifications and development according to established coding guidelines and industry standards
• High level of expertise with TFS
• Expertise with X++, SSRS and Microsoft SQL Steward while also being skilled with CRM DB framework, coding, and development methods.
• Convey productively, both documented and verbally, with both technical and non-technical experts.

Position Duty

• Own the roadmap, head projects, and all Microsoft CRM/D365 upgrades
• Execute hotfixes in highly customized environment
• Evaluate, customize, install/upgrade ISV initiatives
• Oversee the guard and entry to Dynamics operational structures
• Capability to head a project (technical implementation)
• Follow the company establish SDLC, branching and CI/CD rules
• Deep knowledge of A/R module
• Understanding with IDMF
• Initiative-driven, will take the plan and run with projects.
