Duties
- Organize and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and expertise drinks
- Engage clients with specialist strategic guidance and personalized service
- Preserve cleanliness and company of the bar zone
- Track stock and restock inventory as needed
- Guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules
- Produce new drink recipes and support to seasonal menus
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for mixology and client support
- Basic expertise in spirits, wines, and cocktail project setup
- Clear expression and people skills
- Capability to operate evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior expertise is a plus but not required.
