About the Position
- We are seeking a proficient and energetic Bartender to join our hospitality team in Ikate, Lagos.
- The preferred candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of expertise mixing drinks, interacting with guests, and preserving a vibrant bar atmosphere.
- Proximity to Ikate is a key requirement due to the nature of the position.
Primary duties
- Organize and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Produce classic and creative cocktails with meticulousness and visual communication
- Preserve cleanliness and company of the bar zone
- Track stock and restock bar inventory as needed
- Engage with clients in a friendly and specialist manner
- Guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules
- Manage cash and POS financial record precisely.
Qualifications
- Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / OND
- 1 to 2 years of demonstrated expertise as a Bartender or Barman
- Expertise in drink recipes, mixology methods, and bar tools
- Outstanding client support and verbal abilities
- Capability to operate in a dynamic environment and stay calm under pressure
- Must reside near or within easy traveling distance to Ikate, Lagos.
