Job Description

Welcome guests warmly and offer outstanding client support.
Blend, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
Take and serve beverage orders in a prompt and courteous manner.
Preserve a clean and structured bar zone, which includes bar counters, shelves, and tools.
Track stock levels and restock bar inventory as needed.
Guarantee adherence with all hygiene and health & safety rules.
Check recognition of clients to confirm age qualifications for alcohol usage.
Process payments precisely using POS operational structures.
Manage client service issues or matters competently and productively.
Preserve expertise in ongoing bar campaigns, events, and specials.
Help in setting up and closing down the bar before and after changes.

SSCE / OND or equivalent.
Accreditation in hotel management or Mixology is a plus.
2 - 3 years previous expertise as a bartender or barman in a hospitality setting is desirable.
Outstanding expertise in drink recipes and bar tools.
Clear expression and people skills.
Capability to operate in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
Good personal hygiene and grooming guidelines.
Truthful, dependable, and capable to operate well in a team.
Adaptive schedule to operate evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
