Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Barman to join our team.
The preferred candidate will be in charge of mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interacting with clients, and making sure a clean and welcoming bar environment.
You must possess solid understanding of local and international cocktails, be client-service oriented, and capable to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Organize and serve drinks, which includes cocktails, mocktails, beers, spirits, and soft drinks, according to standard recipes.
Greet and interact with clients in a friendly and specialist manner.
Preserve cleanliness of the bar zone, utensils, and workspaces.
Track inventory levels and inform management when inventory are low.
Upsell drinks and advance special proposals to grow income.
Help with setting up and closing the bar routine.

At least SSCE; additional development or accreditation in hotel management or bartending will be an added advantage.
1–3 years demonstrated expertise as a barman in a bar, hotel, dining venue, or social space.
Good expertise in local and international beverages and cocktail project setup.
Clear articulation and people skills.
Capability to operate nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Robust meticulousness and personal hygiene.
Task juggling skill and stay calm under pressure.
Must be truthful, dependable, and service-oriented.
