Job Description

Acquire and procure goods and solutions in accordance with organisation rules and project requirements.
Organize RFQs, assess offers, and agree on conditions with suppliers.
Produce and oversee buy orders, dispatch plans, and agreements.
Track supplier effectiveness to guarantee compliance to quality, dispatch, and cost targets.
Preserve precise procurement recordkeeping and records in Enterprise platform planning operational structures.
Evaluate and analyze technical requirements, engineering drawings, and BOQs.
Ensure bought items meet necessary technical guidelines and project requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, Quality assurance/Quality control, and project teams to confirm material adherence.
Engage in technical offer reviews and vendor evaluations.
Formulate and preserve solid connections with authorized vendors and service providers.
Carry out consistent market evaluation and recognize alternative suppliers for strategic items.
Assist vendor pre-certification and periodic effectiveness assessments.
Technical talent with an comprehension of engineering materials and tools.
Track and documentation procurement status, cost savings, and dispatch effectiveness.
Guarantee adherence with organisation procurement rules, safety guidelines, and compliance obligations.
Assist within and outside the organization audits as necessary.

Bsc in Engineering, Stock Chain Management, or a relevant field.
At least 5 - 7 years of expertise in technical procurement or buying positions, ideally in Petroleum sector, Building, or EPC sectors.
Solid understanding of procurement methods, agreement administration, and stock chain industry standards.
Skilled in Enterprise platform planning operational structures.
Outstanding bargain, logical, and analytical abilities.
Understanding with international guidelines and technical requirements.
Robust documented and spoken communication competencies.
