Role summary

We are looking for a meticulous and proficient Procurement specialist (Expatriate) to oversee procurement, bargain, and buying excellent quality unedited materials, parts and solutions in a cost-efficient and efficient timeframe.  This position preferred candidate will possess background in stock chain management, bargain, vendor relations and a deep knowledge of the sustainable energy and production operations sector.

Duties

• Recognize and formulate new suppliers.
• Acquire, assess, and oversee suppliers of unedited materials and generation tools.
• Guarantee promptness procurement of materials to avoid generation setbacks.
• Bargain agreements, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers and service vendors.
• Track stock levels and place orders as needed in partnership with the generation and stock teams.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation procurement rules and quality benchmarks.
• Preserve precise procurement records and modify the procurement DB routinely.
• Evaluate industry trends to projection requirement and reduce buying expenses.
• Help in recognizing cost-saving avenues and alternative suppliers.
• Work alongside technical and technical groups to comprehend product requirements and procurement qualifications.
• Organize with logistics and warehousing teams to guarantee on-time completion and proper storage of materials. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor or MSC in Stock Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of procurement expertise (production operations/sustainable energy preferred)
• Proven operating expertise as a procurement specialist or chief of procurement or stock chain.
• Solid understanding of stock chain principles and procurement industry standards.
• Practical experience in managing stock agreements both at local, regional and worldwide levels.
• Outstanding bargain, information exchange and vendor leadership abilities
• Logical and analytical abilities
• Understanding with solar panel materials and market trends.
• Capability to operate under pressure and oversee various key focuses.
• Capability to be innovative and creative in finding initiatives and discussing terms plans.
• Capability to liaise with a multifaceted audience at various levels and all countries and cultures inside the company.
