Duties

• Clean – Execute general cleaning and sanitizing duty throughout the allocated real estate. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchen, and dining zones. Wash dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans. Wipe and dust surfaces in guest accommodations and clean mirrors. Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes. Remove and replace linens, bedspreads, and blankets.
• Trash Disposal: Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.
• Following Health and safety protocols: Conforming to workplace safety and wellness standard procedures and using personal protective tools (PPE) as necessary.
• Restocking Inventory – Wash and inventory all towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms.
• Information exchange: Status updates any safety risks, accidents, or incidents to the manager.
• Other – Pick up and empty trash containers. Load washer and dryer as needed. If relevant, inform servicing & maintenance if something is not operating correctly.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years cleaning expertise in a business-related building
• Secondary school certificate
• Meticulous, private, and specialist
• Capability to read, compose and speak English.
