Top level Business Development Executive at LD&D Consulting in Lekki, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and outcomes-driven Top level Business Development Executive to join our team at LD&D Advising. This position includes pushing business expansion, obtaining new customers for Human resources external contracting solutions, and building robust customer connections.

Primary duties

• Obtain new customers for Human resources external contracting solutions (hiring process, wage processing, etc.).
• Close external contracting agreements and finalize agreement terms.
• Produce and certify directs, changing them into customers.
• Formulate and implement plans to meet business expansion targets.
• Build and preserve long-term customer connections.
• Offer consistent documentation on sales effectiveness and initiatives.
• Receive 10% fee on successfully closed agreements.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of expertise in business development or sales within Human resources advising/external contracting.
• Robust sales, bargain, and verbal abilities.
• Bsc in Business, Human resources, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• Competence in CRM resources and MS Workspace
