Primary duties

• Organize and chef a range of dishes for hotel guests and events.
• Ensure food visual communication and taste meet hotel guidelines.
• Follow recipes and portioning standard procedures precisely.
• Ensure stock levels are preserved, and reorder inventory as needed.
• Track food storage, labeling, and rotation to prevent spoilage or waste.
• Ensure adherence to kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Preserve cleanliness of workstations, cooking tools, and storage zones.
• Work alongside management to design or modify menus.
• Introduce seasonal dishes or local cuisine to improve visitor expertise.
• Test new recipes and accept response for enhancements.
• Regulate food expenses through portion management and waste reduction.
• Document usage, expenses, and stock for accounting and organizing.
• Work within financial plan while preserving food quality and visitor fulfillment.
