Position Overview

• We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Intercontinental Cook to organize and show a broad selection of dishes from different worldwide cuisines.
• The preferred candidate should possess competence in continental, Asian, African, Mediterranean, and fusion cooking styles, while preserving high guidelines of hygiene, taste, and visual communication.
• You will be in charge of producing genuine dishes, conceptualizing menus, and making sure regular quality in line with international culinary guidelines.

Primary duties

• Strategize organize, and show a range of international dishes, which includes European, Asian, African, and fusion cuisines.
• Design and modify menus to reflect seasonal accessibility and client preferences.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and visual communication meet high culinary guidelines.
• Oversee kitchen employees and organize food project setup initiatives.
• Preserve cleanliness and company in the kitchen in adherence with food safety rules.
• Track stock levels, order inventory, and oversee food expenses productively.
• Educate and train entry-level chefs and kitchen assistants on international cooking methods.
• Stay informed on worldwide culinary practices and integrate them into the menu.
• Manage special events, banquets, and VIP culinary service qualifications.
• Preserve full compliance to portion regulate and waste management procedures.

Perks

Remuneration: N150,000 - N250,000 every month. Accommodation, meals,commute avenues, etc.
