Position Overview
- We are looking for a innovative, meticulous, and driven Interior Designer to join our customer design team.
- The preferred candidate will be in charge of developing and carrying out interior design projects that merge capability, style, and customer aspiration.
- You’ll collaborate with customers, architects, and vendors to supply premium quality, creative, and customized interior spaces.
Primary duties
- Meet with customers to comprehend their design targets, preferences, financial plan, and project qualifications.
- Formulate visual strategies, mood boards, and space organizing layouts.
- Produce thorough drawings, 3D renderings, and material requirements using creative applications (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, color palettes, lighting, and materials that match with the design aspiration and customer requirements.
- Work alongside architects, service providers, and other experts to guarantee successful project implementation.
- Supervise on-site visits and inspections to guarantee design strategies are being executed properly and on timetable.
- Oversee delivery schedules, financial plans, and procurement methods.
- Stay current with ongoing practices, materials, technical solutions, and governance policies in interior design.
Credentials
- Bsc in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field.
- [2–5+] years of industry experience in interior design (residential, business-related, or hospitality).
- Robust competence in creative applications which includes AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Innovative Suite, or similar.
- Outstanding graphic design competencies and a sharp perception for beauty therapy and description.
- Clear expression, visual communication, and project coordination competencies.
- Capability to oversee various projects and work productively within a collaborative environment.
Preferred Credentials:
- Membership or accreditation with a identified design body (e.g., ASID, NCIDQ) will be an added advantage.
- Expertise with maintainable or LEED-accredited design procedures.
- Understanding with local building codes and safety rules.
