About the Position

We are looking for a agile and outcomes-driven Sales officer to join our customer FMCG and Cleaning goods for home and personal care division. The preferred candidate will possess a established history in B2B sales, FMCG & HORECA (Hotels, Dining venues, and Cafes) especially in establishing and growing connections with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers. This position needs clear articulation competencies, robust market expertise, and the capability to lead regular income increase.

Primary duties

• Recognize and formulate new B2B sales avenues in the FMCG and household product segment.
• Build and preserve robust, long-lasting connections with distributors, retailers, HORECA (Hotels, Dining venues, and Cafes) customers, and institutional clients.
• Accomplish and exceed revenue goals through efficient territory organizing and implementation.
• Carry out product demonstrations, demos, and talks with potential customers.
• Track rival initiatives and industry trends to recognize avenues and threats.
• Work alongside internal teams (promotion, logistics, finance) to guarantee client fulfillment and smooth service dispatch.
• Organize and supply consistent sales documentation, projections, and pipeline status reports for executive review.
• Engage in trade shows, exhibitions, and advertising events when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• 3 years of B2B sales expertise in the FMCG or household goods industry.
• Deep knowledge of the FMCG allocation model, market channels, and sales cycle.
• Outstanding bargain, information exchange, and people skills.
• Capability to operate independently and oversee various accounts productively.
• Competence in MS Workspace and CRM resources (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
