Position Overview

• We are looking for a innovative and meticulous Interior Designer to join our customer team.
• The successful applicant will be in charge of developing, organizing, and carrying out interior design projects, making sure that spaces are both aesthetically pleasing and operational.
• You will collaborate with customers to comprehend their needs and preferences, producing designs that improve the user efficiency, safety, and beauty of interiors.

Primary duties

• Design Development: Formulate visual strategies and strategies based on customer needs, space, and financial plan.
• Customer Meeting: Meet with customers to discuss their targets, financial plan, and timeline for the project.
• Space Organizing: Produce operational and attractive layouts, optimizing the use of space.
• Material Selection: Choose furniture, fabrics, color schemes, lighting, and other materials to complement the design and meet project requirements.
• 3D Visualization and Drawings: Use creative applications (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit) to produce 2D/3D models, renderings, and thorough drawings.
• Project coordination: Supervise initiative timelines, making sure that designs are finished on time and within financial plan.
• Partnership: Collaborate with architects, service providers, and other experts to execute designs and make sure that building aligns with the design strategy.
• Financial planning: Produce budget forecasts for materials and work, making sure the project stays within financial plan.
• Procurement Materials: Recognize and order furnishings, finishes, and decor from suppliers.
• On-site Visits: Carry out on-site visits during and after building to guarantee the project aligns with design requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Trend Consciousness: Stay informed on the latest market trends, materials, and tech to produce creative and modern spaces.

Credentials

Education: Bsc in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field. Expertise: 2-5 years of expertise in interior design or a relevant field.

Competencies:

• Competence in creative applications (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Innovative Suite, etc.).
• Robust visualization and spatial organizing competencies.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Capability to oversee various projects at the same time and deliver on time.
• Robust meticulousness and a innovative mind.
• Permits/Qualifications: Accreditation by the National Council for Interior Design Certification (NCIDQ) or equivalent is desirable but not necessary.
