The Network operations center engineer at SWATX is in charge of supervising and preserving the business honesty and reliability of the network structure across our solutions in Nigeria.
This position includes instantaneous evaluation and diagnosing issues of network incidents to guarantee minimal non-operational time and most effective effectiveness for our customers.
As a critical member of the NOC (network operations center) team, you will be assigned with responding to warnings, coordinating incidents, and partnering with other technical teams to settle concerns productively.

Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, or a relevant field.
At least 2 years of expertise in a network operations center or network operations support position.
Deep knowledge of relationship building principles and procedures (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Understanding with network tracking software and ticketing operational structures.
Expertise with diagnosing issues network concerns connected with routers, switches, firewalls, and other relationship building tools.
Capability to operate in a dynamic environment and manage various duty simultaneously.
Clear expression competencies for managing with team members and interfacing with customers.
Accessibility to operate in a change-based model to guarantee 24/7 network coverage.
Qualifications which includes Cisco certified network associate or CompTIA Network+ considered advantageous.
