Role summary

Under the Oversight of the Technical specialist, the Support Technical specialist – General (Group HTS) will offer IT assistance at the state level to execute premium quality care, treatment, and assist initiatives with a primary concentration on HIV/Helps programs. This position will concentration on optimizing ART service dispatch at various LGAs, tracking ART coverage, and minimizing lost opportunities in service dispatch at ACE-1 helped facilities. The role comprises offering technical support, guidance, and oversight to health workers on HIV/PMTCT/ART/RH initiatives, in addition to carrying out practical and in-field training of State / Local Government Executing Team members.

Primary duties

• Offer IT assistance to guarantee the dispatch excellent quality HIV/Helps care and treatment solutions at ACE-1 helped facilities across various LGAs.
• Re-confirm high-frequency status updates and assist in-field training initiatives under the direction of the Technical specialist.
• Preserve stock of Monitoring and evaluation resources and documentation routinely to the Technical specialist-AMERL.
• Track periodic allocation of Monitoring and evaluation resources to helped sites.
• Offer managerial and Monitoring and evaluation assist to the state teams, making sure all locally utilized M&E Employees, Advisors, and Associates comprehend Monitoring and evaluation qualifications.
• Organize logistics for all State Monitoring and evaluation department development sessions, workshops, and sessions.
• Engage with primary stakeholders (Government of Nigeria, Executing Associates) to advance and convey ACE-1's principles, accomplishments, and effect.
• Formulate and execute a participant relation plan, coordinate partnership, offer status reports, and minimize risks.
