We are looking for a objective-oriented and persuasive Sales officer to lead sales and commercial opportunities in our tools division.
This position requires someone with outstanding people skills, a deep knowledge of tools leasing and sales, and the capability to operate jointly with the Tools Manager to grow the business.
The preferred candidate is initiative-driven, outcomes-driven, and competent of coordinating directs from potential opportunity to close.

Observe industry trends and rivals to recognize new sales plans.
Offer input on pricing, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Help in recognizing in-demand tools types and usage patterns to mentor procurement.

Collaborate with the Tools Manager to comprehend stock, accessibility, and dispatch timelines.
Offer consistent sales documentation and status reports for executive review.
Engage in plan sessions and support to business organizing.

Bsc or Higher national diploma in Promotion, Business Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
2 years of demonstrated expertise in B2B sales, ideally in industrial tools, building, or logistics.
Robust sales strategic insight with outstanding bargain and public speaking.
Capability to establish trust and trust with multifaceted customers and participants.
Understanding with CRM resources, Excel, and status updates software.
Self-driven, assured, and competent of operating under minimal oversight.

Must be accessible to operate in-field and participate customer sessions off-on-site as required.
Clear expression competencies—both documented and verbal.
