Position Overview

We are looking for an Associate On-site Performance engineer (SRE) to join our team and ensure our generation operational structures run smoothly and reliably. You'll balance instantaneous issue resolution process with strategic engineering work to attain maintainable and ability to scale service reliability.

• Explore and settle application concerns escalated from L1/L2 assist teams, concentrating on effectiveness bottlenecks, service conduct anomalies, and generation system defeats.
• Compose SQL queries to explore concerns, evaluate application effectiveness, and assist business teams with analytics-based findings from generation operational structures.
• Produce and preserve supervising dashboards and warnings to proactively recognize concerns before they effect users.
