Role Overview

The Chief of Enterprise is in charge of top the enterprise division of a telecom organisation, concentrating on the development and implementation of plans to boost expansion and profit margin inside the corporate market. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong insight of telecommunications, effective guidance competencies, and the capability to foster connections with key business customers.

Business Development:

Generate income growth through the purchase of new enterprise customers and the growth of solutions to current customers. Build and sustain connections with C-level senior leaders and decision-makers within target entities.

Product Development:

Work alongside product management and technical groups to establish and improve enterprise offerings based on client needs and market needs. Make sure that the product project sample remains attractive and applicable in the market.

Team Management:

Head, train, and formulate a top-performing team of sales and account management experts. Establish key indicators and offer ongoing mentoring to assist team members accomplish their targets.

Client engagement Management:

Supervise customer interaction plans to guarantee high levels of client fulfillment and retention. Handle customer concerns and matters promptly to preserve robust, long-term connections.

Credentials

• Bsc in Engineering, Information Tech, Telecommunications, or a relevant field with a Second-class upper.
• Demonstrated expertise (5+ years) in telecom sales or enterprise initiatives, with a robust track document of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
• Comprehensive expertise in telecommunications goods and solutions, especially in the enterprise domain.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and people skills, with the capability to shape and bargain at all levels.
• Robust logical and analytical abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Operating Terms:

This role may require commute to customer sites and industry events. Adaptive schedule in work hours may be necessary to meet customer needs and project due dates.
