Job Description

Help in the setup, running test, and deploying of Oracle HCM modules (which includes Core Human resources, Absence Management, Wage processing, Human resource management, and others).
Lead system setup, running test, deploying, and post-go-live assist.
Recognize differences, endorse initiatives, and record system upgrades or process enhancements.
Offer daily operational assist and diagnosing issues for Oracle HCM Cloud.
Formulate and preserve documentation using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle analytics platforms.
Oversee data uploads and interfaces using HDL, HSDL, and other data loading methods.
Guarantee adherence with internal regulates, data guard guidelines, and compliance obligations.
Stay updated with Oracle Cloud release cycles and head the adoption of applicable capabilities.
Formulate end-user guides, development materials, and carry out final user development sessions.
Track and record system effectiveness and user input for ongoing development.
Stay informed on Oracle Cloud status reports and new functionalities.

Bsc in HR, Information Operational structures, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
3+ years of practical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, which includes execution and generation assist.
Deep knowledge of Human resources operational workflows and HRIS industry standards.
Expertise with data migration resources (HDL/HSDL), Efficient Formulas, and Oracle Guard Positions.
Robust analytical abilities and capability to oversee various key focuses in a dynamic environment.
Competence in Office productivity software (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Capability to operate jointly within a collaborative environment.
