Job Description

We are looking for a proficient and driven Grill cook to join our agile kitchen team.
As our Grill cook, you will be in charge of getting ready and grilling a range of meats, poultry, and seafood to excellence.
You must show precision, uniformity, and creativeness while conforming to our high guidelines of hygiene, safety, and client fulfillment.
Your position as a Grill cook is not just about cooking, it’s about being a central part of our client's happiness and our kitchen’s success.

Grill meats, chicken, fish, and other items according to standardized recipes and visual communication standard procedures.
Verify that every grilled food items are readied and served hot, juicy, flavorful, and on time.
Track grill temperatures and cooking times for most effective outcomes.
Season food during cooking or marination based on authorized recipes or directions.
Ensure desk is clean, structured, and conforming with food safety rules.
Work alongside the kitchen team to preserve smooth process and meet client requirement during peak periods.
Preserve stock of grilling inventory and inform manager when restocking is needed.
Create new grilling recipes or demonstrations that match with our corporate identity.
Adhere with portion regulate, waste management, and quality benchmarks.
Actively engage in kitchen sessions, briefings, and development sessions.

Demonstrated expertise as a Grill cook or similar position in a dynamic dining venue or food generation environment (2+ years preferred).
Sound expertise in grilling methods, tools managing, and food safety.
Robust handling multiple responsibilities and time-leadership abilities.
Capability to follow recipes and directions with precision.
Adaptive schedule to operate in changes, which includes weekends and holidays.
A enthusiasm for food, collaboration, and supplying superiority under pressure.
