Position Overview

The Professional mixer Handler is in charge of setting up, operating, and preserving mixing tools used to merge unedited materials according to generation requirements. The position make sure that mixing methods are carried out productively, safely, and in adherence with quality benchmarks.

Primary duties

• Operate mixing tools to mix materials as per defined formulas or generation orders.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients precisely into professional mixers.
• Track mixing times, speeds, and temperatures to guarantee uniformity and quality.
• Examine materials and finished batches for uniformity and documentation any concerns to the manager.
• Document batch data, which includes quantities, lot numbers, and observations in generation data records.
• Execute standard procedure tools checks and basic servicing & maintenance to guarantee most effective process.
• Clean and sanitize mixing tools and work zone in adherence with safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Follow all safety procedures and documentation any risks or incidents at once.
• Work alongside QA and other production worker to preserve product guidelines.
• Help in stock regulate by supervising usage and status updates low inventory levels of unedited materials.

Credentials and Competencies

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent; technical development will be an added advantage.
• Prior expertise as a Professional mixer Handler or in a production operations/generation environment preferred.
• Basic math competencies and the capability to follow documented directions/formulas.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for long hours.
• Meticulousness and a dedication to safety and cleanliness.
• Capability to operate in changes and in a dynamic environment.
