Operations specialist at Digitvant Microfinance Bank in Ikeja, Lagos

Duties

• Assist routine organizational processes and ensure smooth comprehensive service dispatch cross-functional units
• Leverage digital channels to automate methods, enhance turnaround time, and improve precision and effectiveness
• Assist operational structures consolidation, running test, and deploying of new capabilities/resources connected with processes
• Endorse and execute digital initiatives for upgraded customer experience and internal effectiveness
• Organize and oversee back-workspace processes, which includes client assistance, payment processing, KYC/AML adherence, and transaction supervising
• Work alongside cross-operational teams (IT, Finance, and Customer experience) to enhance processes and solve business hurdles
• Recognize process inefficiencies and suggest analytics-based enhancements
• Guarantee adherence with industry rules, internal regulates, and quality benchmarks
• Engage in vendor and work collaboratively management as needed
• Help in business audits and risk evaluations

Qualifications

Bsc in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Management,Economics, or anyrelated site 3–4 years of expertise in Processes, ideally in a financial technology, banking, or financial solutions environment

Robust digital ability:

• Robust logical, issue resolution, and project coordination competencies
• Competence in Excel spreadsheet software and data analytics platforms
• Clear articulation and people skills
• Expertise in financial rules and adherence methods is a plus
• Capability to operate independently and thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
