Your Purpose

You will be the owner of the assortment we provide to our clients: from evaluating industry trends and defining listings to lead generation suppliers, and discussing terms business-related terms.

The Journey

• Be the owner and expert of allocated categories, being capable to move the needle and see the effect of your work on the business by coordinating the MFCs assortment from end to end.
• Your main KPIs will be Category Add-to-Cart, Average Order Value, and Gross Margin.
• Establish the assortment plan, recognize avenues of advancement in listings and margin, and execute them.
• Oversee vendor connections, with a special concentration on the top ones - oversee supplier/work collaboratively agreements, oversee daily connections, and bargain and secure promotion capital per the market qualifications and organisation needs.
• Evaluate agreement conditions and terms making sure that they are as favorable to the business interests as possible, reduce risk, and are in adherence with relevant legal provisions, rules, rules, and standardized processes (with assist from the Sales manager and compliance unit)
• Supervise User experience and Pricing
• Head, mentor, and formulate skilled team members.
• You will work hand in hand with the Ads team in defining and executing promotional initiatives inside the store.
