Explanation and Targets

• The Bilingual Evaluator will offer technical and business assist for the implementation of the OBR Project.
• The OBR Africa project is a project financed by the Invoice and Melinda Gates Foundation to enhance digital payment operational structures in the health sector beginning with polio outbreak marketing.
• The goal of this project is to deploy creative digital payment operational structures to enhance the prompt payment of frontline polio marketing workers and reduce the leakage of capital by making sure direct payment to the marketing workers.
• On this project, we also offer project coordination and synchronization assist to track the advancement of initiatives of other associates.
• The initiatives of the Bilingual Evaluator includes responsibility for the daily implementation of all the programme’s processes.

Duties Programme execution:

• Assist daily implementation of the programme initiatives;
• Support to a programme workstream and report to higher support tier programme hurdles to Programme Associate;
• Collecting and evaluating information, structuring and running test hypotheses, and conceptualizing and sharing information strategic guidance;
• Ensure close partnership and synchronization with partnering associates to assurance smooth execution of initiatives and accomplishment of outcomes;
• Engage in standard procedure system error-solving sessions with the primary customer and applicable participants to brainstorm execution hurdles and align on decisions to mentor the path advance;

Education and Expertise

Academic development: At least a Second-Class upper Bsc in International Development, Submitted application Sciences and Tech, Regulatory framework and Planning process, Community health, Epidemiology, Health Management or similarly applicable field; Expertise: 0-2 years of progressive expertise executing development programs, with a good comprehension of business intelligence and stakeholder engagement.
