Job Description

Duties

  • Ensure the commencement, development, and execution of applicable program that will make the Nigerian youths engage with the Word of God.
  • Carry out projects and programme initiatives launched by BSN towards delivering its purpose mandate.
  • Carry out initiatives necessary for the execution of youth-associated projects and program in line with BSN business direction.
  • Collaborate with the BSN participants—zone youth key stakeholders and the secretaries Voluntary assistants—to coordinate to coordinate implementation of different Bible contests and collaborations as planned yearly.
  • Guarantee promptness status updates of every program executed for further strategic judgment.
  • Ensures applicable workshops and seminars are structured for zone officers and youth key stakeholders of churches and para-church entities in partnership with the BSN internal participants.
  • Ensures a efficient operating connection with Christian and secular youth entities to make the Bible applicable among youths in Nigeria.

Qualifications

  • Applicants should have a academic qualification/OND certification
  • At least 2-3 years of cognate expertise in youth-associated program and projects from reputable entities or Nonprofit organizations.
  • Must be innovative and committed to program and youth-associated projects in line with the BSN purpose and direction statements.
  • Capability to formulate and strategy life-transforming program targeted at compelling the youths with the Holy Bible to attain life transformation and biblical values onboarding.
  • Capability to recognize and evaluate society’s program needs, compose life-affecting projects/program and execute the same successfully.
  • Capability to start, formulate, and execute different youth-associated program that will lead upgraded
  • Scripture reading abilities among the Nigerian Christians.
  • Good self-application, selfless, kind and thoughtful, assertive, and an outstanding team player
  • Good practical understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.
