Position Overview

The Sales Service officer under Team Asgard serves as a site enabler—bringing the Pay with account operational base to life for newly onboarded billers. After the starting orientation stage handled by Sparta, this officer is in charge of physically visiting the invoicer, carrying out live product exhibitions, leading them through KYB record uploads, and making sure activation thoroughness. This position also manages retraining sessions to lead transactional activity and sustains close connections with allocated billers to guarantee they stay engaged and empowered.

KYB Record Upload Assist:

• Assist billers finalize adherence qualifications by leading them through record upload methods.
• Verify that every uploads are provided to the suitable backend within 90 days.
• Diagnose issues any system problems the billers may face in executing their KYB steps.
