Position Overview

Paceview Homes is looking for a driven and performance-focused Promotion Executive to join our team. The preferred candidate will be in charge of supporting our property offerings, rising corporate identity consciousness, creating directs, and pushing sales increase through strategic promotional initiatives both online and offline.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute efficient promotion plans and marketing for property goods and solutions.
• Strategy and organize promotion initiatives which includes real estate exhibitions, media collaborations, and digital campaigns.
• Produce and oversee content across all channels (social platforms, blogs, websites, etc.) to participate customers and grow visibility.
• Carry out market analysis and evaluation to recognize practices, client needs, and rivals.
• Identify potential clients and check in on potential customers, turning them into buyers.
• Build solid connections with customers, agents, and corporate associates.
• Work alongside the business development team to attain organisation targets.
• Track and documentation on the performance of promotion endeavors, which includes ROI evaluation.
• Help during planning phase and generation of marketing assets.
• Stand for the organization competently at all external events and sessions
