QA Engineer at Fairmoney Microfinance Bank in Abuja (Remote)

About the Position

We are seeking a proficient Quality assurance engineer with in-depth understanding of automatic control who will become a part of our team and head Quality assurance procedures in squads. This role assumes that the applicant includes responsibility for, lead, and mentor developers from teams in a Quality assurance viewpoint to assist them execute Quality assurance initiatives properly with maximum performance in a short time by using all arsenal of advantages that automatic control can offer. Also, this person will be participated in product discussions to assist recognize acceptance evaluation benchmarks.

Primary duties

• Engage in product recordkeeping evaluate and suggest enhancements to grow their quality
• Design test scenarios and automate them to grow test coverage of goods' functionalities
• Carrying out test scenarios (which includes documented guide)
• Design/evaluate test plan and implement all operational and non-operational types of tests defined in there
• Team up with the feature lead and developer team supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / MSC in Computer Science, Maths, or associated technical domain.
• 5+ years of devoted practical experience in a Quality assurance position.
• Expertise with API/User interface automatic control.
• Expertise with CI/CD process and consolidation of Quality assurance methods into it.
• Knowing Quality assurance/TA industry standards.
• Expertise in top Quality assurance/TA methods on projects.
