Position Overview

The Housekeeping/Janitorial assistant is in charge of making sure that visitor guest accommodations and public zones are clean, well-preserved, and delivered to the highest guidelines. You will play a vital function in supplying a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests, upholding the boutique hotel’s reputation for charm, elegance, and superior service.

Primary duties

• Clean and tidy visitor guest accommodations, bathrooms, and public zones according to hotel guidelines
• Adjustment bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows/mirrors
• Documentation any servicing & maintenance concerns, compensation, or safety risks to the manager
• Verify that every allocated guest accommodations are properly cleaned and set before arrival processing time
• Refill cleaning inventory and room maintenance services trolleys as needed
• Respect visitor confidentiality and follow the “Do Not Disturb” regulatory framework
• Manage visitor items with care and documentation lost-and-found items at once
• Preserve cleanliness and company in room maintenance services storage zones

Qualifications

• Prior expertise as a housekeeping or janitor in hotel management is a plus
• Basic comprehension of cleaning goods, methods, and health and safety protocols
• Good physical stamina and capability to stand, bend, lift, and work on the feet for extended periods
• Robust meticulousness and dedication to cleanliness.
