Account support manager at FC Business - FoodCourt in Lagos

Position Objective

The Account support manager will be in charge of owning and growing key corporate and event accounts. This position concentrates on customer connection management, smooth service dispatch, and income growth, with a robust emphasis on retention and revenue optimization.

Primary duties

• Serve as the primary point of reach out for allocated corporate customers and event accounts.
• Build solid connections with Human resources managers, workspace administrators, and procurement teams.
• Supervise orientation, menu rollouts, and daily service dispatch for routine lunch programs, canteens, and events.
• Recognize upsell avenues across board sessions, corporate events, and special programs.
• Track account key indicators and supply every month documentation on customer health and income.
• Settle service concerns quickly while preserving high customer satisfaction scores.
• Work cross-operationally with culinary, logistics, and sales teams to supply a regular, premium expertise.

Preferred candidate Profile

• Expertise: 3–5 years in account management, customer solutions, or B2B sales (hospitality, FMCG, or corporate culinary service expertise preferred).
• Competencies:
• Solid connection management and bargaining skills.
• Clear articulation (documented and verbal) and public speaking.
• Capability to oversee various accounts and projects at the same time.
• Analytics-based, with the capability to evaluate account effectiveness.
