Job Description

Check in with customers/clients on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and personal visits
Recognize and report to higher support tier troublesome accounts for executive review.
Posting of clients payment into the client Account on SAP.
Resolve every bill paid by client to guarantee 100% payment of the bill and if there are any genuine differences ensure you request endorsement for credit note before posting the differences into the client’s account on SAP.
Ensure precision of client ledger account balances.
Preserve mutually beneficial relationships with customers while making sure firm follow-ups.
Manage disputes or discrepancies regarding billing or payments.
Assist or coordinate with debt recovery advisors where necessary for escalated debt recovery actions.
To carry out a credit worthiness checks on new clients to be onboarded along with the Sales Medical sales rep.
Guarantee alignment to the organization’s receivables monitoring rules and lawful standard procedures.
Collaborate with the sales, finance, and client support teams to settle invoicing and payment concerns.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any applicable course.
ICAN (A minimum of, final phase of specialist level) and associated accreditation.
2 - 3 years’ expertise in debt recovery, receivables monitoring, or outstanding invoices management or any similar position.
Robust persuasive and specialist information exchange for compelling borrowers and discussing terms settlements.
Capability to evaluate borrower accounts, resolve outstanding balances, and recognize discrepancies.
Capability to operate with large volumes of data without delay.
Critical thinking ability.
People skills.
Outstanding expertise in Excel, financial system SAP for supervising portfolios.
