Protection Support at Explore Humanitarian Aid Initiative (Explore Aid) in Labondo Girei LGA, Adamawa

Role summary

• Stand for Explore Assist in the site, with competence, integrity and dedication
• Interview possibility Protection cases documenting interview prior to referral to applicable service vendors.
• Engage with survivors of sexual violence in Explore Assist safe space
• Execute programme targets, plans and initiatives in accord with local customs
• Recognize GBV cases for evaluations, home visits and follow-ups
• Help the project managerin carrying out interviews with children.
• Filling in the applicable tracking software for the individual cases management of the of customers and other at risk children as appropriate
• Recognize high priority cases requiring client recommendations and answer to manager as they arise for necessary referral
• Coordinate the execution of a mobilization plan for group systems and target recipients
• Mobilize group systems as necessary
• Engage in learning courses and sessions for the group systems and fill the applicable tracking software
• Participate camp/group level employees and organizing sessions every month
• Offer information to the recipients on the solutions offered by Explore Assist
• Coordinate the setup of referral operational structures to address protection concerns
• Adhere with supporting Explore Assist rules and standardized processes regarding protection, workplace safety and wellness and other applicable rules
• Execute any other obligations that will be allocated by the manager.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bsc certification with 1 - 3 years work expertise.
